Biswas Nair - Managing Director

Biswas is an Electronics Engineer from Nagpur University, MBA from Pune University and started his career in EDS Technologies. He moved on to Gartner Inc, world's leading IT Research and Advisory organization who at that time were initiating their operations in India. In a span of 4 years he moved up the ladder as Regional Manager handling all major accounts in various industries which spanned banking, pharma, software companies, insurance, auto etc and generated business worth more than US $ 3 Million. He was also responsible in getting Gartner's biggest Asia- Pac consulting order in one of the Leading Banks in India. In 2001 he turned entrepreneur and started Forrester India's operation and helped in the Business Development, Strategy and the Forrester Brand penetration. After spending 8 years in IT Consulting field in 2003 he co-founded Proquest Solutions Pvt. Ltd HQ in Pune focussing on introducing On-Demand Enterprise Applications or now popularly known as Software as a Service (SaaS) into the Indian market space. He has successfully spearheaded the growth of the organization by more than 100% CAGR for the last 4 years and positioned Proquest as the pioneering SaaS Solution Provider in India. He is a regular speaker at Computer Society of India, Confederation of Indian Industries, Software Association of India -Nasscom & is respected as a thought leader in various leading Indian publications. He is also associated with leading institutes in Pune University like Singhad & Symbiosis and is actively involved in industry – academia interface.

K. S. Bhaskaran - President

K.S.Bhaskaran brings with him his 30 years of experience working in a multi-national pharmaceutical company - Novartis at various locations and various departments where he has played succesful leadership role. He gets on board his process knowledge and the flavour of multi-national human resources culture. He firmly believes that the relationship management with the client or the customer could be only achieved through TRUST BUILDING that starts with accessibility, dependability and fairness. He is responsible for the strategic growth of HR function in the organization and also collaborates in terms of the growth plans of the organization.

Shinie Nair - Director & Head Marketing

A first generation entrepreneur Shinie completed her commerce graduation from Mumbai University and her MBA from IIMM. She was involved in the initial phase of operations at the time of launch of a global consulting company. Currently she is looking after the Marketing aspects of Proquest and helps in penetrating the Proquest brand and services into various organizations and also keeps an eye open for new upcoming technologies as well as product companies for representation in the Indian market.

Vinay Nair - Vice-President Sales & Professional Services

Vinay has been with Proquest since its inception and brings with him years of hardcore technology and business experience working with various corporate houses like Arvind Mills & Kale Consultants before joining Proquest. He has been responsible for implementing various enterprise applications and security solutions globally during his stint in Kale. From a one man army in 2004 to 20 consultants, Vinay takes care of sales,delivery and support for the products Proquest represents. He started Proquest off shore operations in 2005 which today delivers online training and implementation through consultants in Pune. He is also a guest speaker at various institutes like Symbiosis and Pune University on various technology topics. Vinay brings on board his technical expertise as well as his exposure to various business processes which can be mapped to the solutions which Proquest represents. He currently heads Domestic Sales apart from his Professional services profile.
